I'm a strategist-turned-writer with roots in Baku's storytelling traditions and a practical, agency-minded approach to public sector content. I combine investigative reporting habits with content design principles to produce case studies, whitepapers and long-form guides that help teams reduce friction, improve service outcomes and communicate complex changes with empathy. I work collaboratively with product teams, designers and policy leads; my style is creative, outcome-focused and prioritises clear handovers so in-house teams can scale the work after delivery. Motivated by problem-solving, I moved to freelancing after a company downsizing to focus on meaningful projects (notably with NHS Digital and GOV.UK) and to offer flexible partnership to UK agencies.
