Cancellation & Refund Policy
Subscription Cancellation:
Payments already made are non-refundable, even if you cancel before the paid period ends.
Order Cancellation and Refunds:
How to cancel an order:
Open the order chat.
Select Cancel order.
Complete the cancellation form, providing reasons.
Rules for cancellation and refunds:
Before acceptance: Employers may cancel an order at any time prior to pressing Accept Order. Funds remain in reserve until that point.
After acceptance: Once an Employer accepts the work, funds are released to the Freelancer’s balance. Refunds are no longer possible.
Rejection of work: Employers may reject a delivery by providing reasons. The Freelancer then has up to 7 days to make corrections. Rejections are limited to 3 times per order. After this limit, the order must be either accepted or closed with a refund.
Non-delivery: If the Freelancer does not upload any deliverables within the agreed deadline (7 calendar days by default), the order will be automatically cancelled and the Employer refunded.
Defective or unusable deliverables: If the Freelancer provides deliverables that are incomplete, defective, or otherwise unusable, the Employer may request revisions. Such cases are handled through the standard revision process and do not trigger an automatic refund.
Delivery Deadlines and Automatic Acceptance:
Once the Freelancer uploads deliverables, the Employer has 72 hours to review them. If the Employer does not explicitly accept or reject the delivery within this period, the order will be deemed automatically accepted, and funds will be released to the Freelancer’s balance.
The Employer cannot invoke non-delivery if at least one file has been uploaded.
The Freelancer cannot rely on automatic acceptance if the upload occurred after the agreed deadline.
Disputes over content quality:
If the files are technically valid but the Employer is dissatisfied with the content, this is considered a matter between the parties. The Company only verifies objective technical facts: whether a deliverable was uploaded, whether its format complies with the order requirements, and whether the file is functional. The Company does not evaluate creative quality or arbitrate subjective disputes between Users.
Review and Refund Process:
Each cancellation request is reviewed individually. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your card issuer. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
